There are two primary parking areas with access to the Erie Maritime Museum.
The south lot is located on the other side of East Front Street across from the entrance to the museum – this lot has accessible parking spaces. Simply place your placard in the window, cross the street and enter the building.
If this lot is full, you may utilize an overflow lot that – to access this lot, continue north on Holland Street for another 500 ft. and turn right into the east lot after you’ve passed the exit from the Greyhound Station(please see map above).
For those needing extra assistance, there is a drop off zone at the front of the building. Exit your vehicle and have the driver find a suitable parking space. For further assistance, please call the museum at (814)452-2744.
Entering the Museum
To access the museum, enter through one of the two sliding-glass automatic doors and continue into the museum either through the shipwright’s store or through the wooden doors to the right of the Store Entrance. Tickets may be purchased at the admission desk.
Here, you will be greeted by a guide and able to travel through the museum.

Museums For All
The Erie Maritime Museum and U.S. Brig Niagara is a chartered member of the Museums For All program. This service offers free or reduced admission to the museum.

Blue Star Museum
The Erie Maritime Museum and U.S. Brig Niagara is a proud member of the Blue Star Museums program.
During the summer months, all active-duty, reserve, and National Guard and the families may enter the museum for free. Military ID is required.
Seniors and Military Veterans also receive $2 off their admission price with a valid ID.
Erie County Public Library Members
Members of the Erie County Public Library system may receive a FREE family pass to the Erie Maritime Museum. Visit the Blasco Library branch for more information or to check out a pass.
